PAYMENT

Our payment gateway is PayPal. The following payment methods are accepted:

DELIVERY

We currently deliver to the UK, all countries of the European Union, Norway and Switzerland. Flat rate charge applies to deliveries to mainland UK. Additional charge applies to all other destination. Delivery charge is applied during checkout.

Your goods will be dispatched once we have received a cleared payment. We post orders Mon-Fri, excluding Bank Holidays. We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 24 hours but please allow up to 3 working days for your items to be dispatched.

Delivery will typically take 3-5 working days once the items have been dispatched. If you require a faster delivery please contact us at hello@malimango.co.uk

 

CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS

 

RIGHT TO CANCEL

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement either by post or e-mail at hello@malimango.co.uk

 

EFFECTS OF CANCELLATION

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

You shall send the goods to us without undue delay in the condition you received it and its original packaging and in any event not later than 14 days of the day you informed us of your decision to cancel. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. The cost of returning the goods is non-refundable.

Return postage costs will be reimbursed in cases of return due to faulty items only. In the case of damage in transit, please retain all packaging to enable us to claim from the postal service. Please ensure that you include all your details and preferably original receipt with your return.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel the contract, any sum debited to us will be refunded to you as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your cancellation.

 

PRICING

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Please note all prices quoted are in GBP.

Every effort is made to ensure that prices shown on our website are accurate at the time you place your order. If an error is found, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling your order. If you cancel, we will refund or re-credit you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card.
